Trading with fotoskin is simple order your item through our online shop and pay at the checkout. We will then action your order and despatch to your registerd or nominated delivery address.

Damaged goods

Any goods that are deemed to be damaged in transport will be either replaced with a new product once the damaged item has been returned to the fotoskin wharehouse and or refunded with the original purchase price.

Unsatisfied

If you are unhappy with the goods resulting from manufacturers defects then we will replace with a replacement item or an item to the same value and or refund the full purchase amount. This transaction takes place upon return of the original item or items to the fotoskin warehouse.

If any of the above results then we need to be notified within fourteen days of the purchase date.
